These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. I love he tilt option and they are super bright without even being on the highest setting (I have them on the 4000k setting in the photo). Excuse the construction scene!. Jennifer. Brooklyn, NY.
