I was insulted by their lowball discount. I wasn't planning on keeping it anyway, but what a joke! I asked for a shipping label to return it. We had to drive 30 minutes away to the nearest fed ex that would accept something this large. So it literally cost me about 15 bucks in fuel to drive to place to return it in husband's truck. It's lovely, except the package arrived damaged from FedEx. There is a dent in the back of the bottom piece (not a deal breaker) and wouldn't be there if FedEx hadn't handled the box so roughly. The place for the paper towel roll -- the directions show where to place the screws for the paper towel holder, but they don't hold -- it wasn't specific on how to secure them and they wouldn't hold.
