My inly complaint would be that you have to push the cancel button to start process wich becomes a bit confusing at times I’m sure I’ll get used to that but the push down bar feels a bit flimsy it would have been nice to see the toast automatically lower into toaster when choosing your setting! I ordered a red toaster, received a black and silver, then received a beautiful black and rose gold, bit I ordered red! They refused to send me a red one and refused my money.
