Overall, the sofa is decent and looks nice once it's set up, but my experience was mixed. I was especially disappointed with the professional assembly service that I paid extra for. Despite those conversations, the day of delivery and assembly was chaotic and did not go as I had been advised. It created unnecessary stress and confusion, which was frustrating considering I had tried to proactively avoid those issues. As for the sofa itself, it's comfortable enough and serves its purpose, but I did notice a few imperfections right out of the box. There were snags along the backside of the couch, which was disappointing for a brand-new piece of furniture. While they're not highly visible in everyday use, they do raise concerns about quality control. In the end, everything was eventually assembled, and the sofa is functional, but between the frustrating installation process and the minor defects, I expected a better experience for the price.
