I couldn’t have found a better shelf for the space I needed. We live in an old house that we are remodeling so needless to say our spaces are wonky. We have a space next to our safe and this shelf fits perfectly in width depth and height. My only complaint is that the backing was not aligned and I had to remove the tape that held it together to re-aligned it. It caused the piece to crack a little which is ok since this is hidden and for storage. Impressed with the hardware - all metal. And it comes with a magnetic screw driver! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monster of a shelving unit was delivered to my house awhile ago, and because it’s so beautiful and special, I was not able to be the one to put it together, I have hired someone to come in a put it together for us. Unfortunately life happens and we have 2 family emergencies and had to reschedule multiple times, so I cannot get a fully finished picture of this before the time of the campaign runs out. We have taken the 2 pieces out to make sure everything was there. The drawers at the bottom come complete, so no need to do much with it, but moving it takes a small army. Not really, but it’s not a one person job, especially for someone who’s 5’5 and 130lbs. I am amazingly grateful for this, and will have a lovely picture up after it’s been put together, but unfortunately the earliest that will be will be a few days after the campaign is over, but I will update when it’s available. Mission Narrow Barrister Bookcase - Beveled Glass is a unique bookcase with Overall Dimensions of 18" W x 17" D x 67.5" H. Our Mission/Arts & Crafts style furniture is made with attention to detail and expertise like that of 100-year-old Stickley. This is made of Solid oak and was hand rubbed finished, with each door pulls up and can get pushed inside like a true Barrister bookcase. There are 4 stacks with beveled glass, each stack is a separate block. There is no assembly required, each block is fully assembled with the doors. You will need to stack the blocks. No drilling or screwing.
