I did not think it was comfortable at first, but after a few days and dialing in all the settings with the headrest, lumbar etc;... it is very comfortable now. 5 of the seats recline. Two complaints. One of the switches is backwards or reverse than the rest of the recliners and the seats that recline in the middle, it's pretty difficult to get your hand in there to control it. This mattress is working great. I purchased the haiylee zero gravity home theatre seating system to replace another home theatre seating that I had for 10 years. This set has great quality leather seating that is soft to touch and well built. the hardware underneath is strong and well made. I really love the trays, phone/table holder and ambient lights that changes colors. It definitely takes 2 people to connect the seats together, other than that, its was eacy snap in for the chair backs and connecting the electrical components. I've was searching for new furniture and went to 2 local stores and there was no comparison. Most important, I waited until the price was reduced by $500.
