I received excellent service from all Wayfair associates, However, I had lots of communication problems with the delivery. The installer came with the incorrect power cord, even though I had communicated before delivery that a 3 prong power cord was required & not a 4 prong per photo on order. Therefore, install was not done. My daughter and I spent quite sometime on the telephone with both Wayfair and GE to resolve this issue. Range was delivered on April 13th, 2026. Install was completed on April 20th, 2026. However, the installer was very pleasant and professional. He came within the scheduled time range, installed the correct power cord and checked the stove, to see if it were working. Thank you. Anonymous. Florida. Mon Apr 20 2026

While I bought the microwave from Wayfair, I had to buy the in-wall trim kit from another vendor. So far, so good! We have a shelf that requires a specific sized microwave and this fit the bill. It looks nice. One thing I noticed, compared to our last microwave, is that the buttons feel small.
