These curtain rods just arrived and look great in our living room with our new curtains! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the rod is a little cheaper looking than the beautiful finials. Obviously not a deal breaker, since the rod is mostly covered anyway. And just a note, the metallic highlights on the cocoa color are more golden. In the photos, they looked reddish brown/coppery. Still a gorgeous finial and still worked in my room. Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. These were almost perfect. I’m glad I chose light weight curtains because the rod is not as big in diameter as I would have liked. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using.
