Here is my review of the Patiowell 8x8 Resin Storage Shed. First, Wayfair made the entire purchasing process seamless. Their website was easy to navigate, customer service was professional, and the FedEx deliveries (which arrived in two separate shipments) were handled quickly and efficiently. The shed arrived in five large boxes, and the FedEx delivery driver handled everything with care by placing the boxes neatly in the driveway. I was impressed with the thoughtful packaging. The components were securely protected with layers of Styrofoam, cardboard, and plastic straps to prevent damage during shipping. The shed itself feels sturdy, durable, and solid. Once all of the parts were organized, the instructions became easy to follow during construction. This project definitely requires two people, as many sections need to be assembled on the ground and then lifted into place. Once the base floor is completed, the rest of the build flows together step-by-step, including the walls, frame, roof, and doors. For tools and preparation, I highly recommend having a cordless drill, painter’s tape, extra bolts, and caulking for sealing the seams. Overall, assembling the shed was challenging and took about six hours to complete. Patience, organization, and a few extra supplies are essential for a smooth installation. In the end, I am extremely happy with both the quality of the shed and my overall experience with Wayfair.. Eddie. South San Francisco, California. Sun May 17 2026

The resin outdoor storage shed is a reliable and spacious solution for all your outdoor storage needs. You can put it in your garden or backyard to organize your belongings effortlessly and create a tidy environment that adds convenience and functionality to your outdoor living area.

Not fully put together yet as I am missing 2 key parts needed to install the front. Instructions are okay but certainly areas that could be improved. I'll be very pleased with the size and overall appearance once it's completed.. Zach. Pittsburgh. Wed Apr 30 2025

Nice shed, however, 1 week after I bought it, I was offered the same shed at a 21% discount. A I chat refused to honor it on my order, or offer any credit. Also, installers were completely incompetent, and did not assemble the shed properly. Overall, a bad Wayfair experience. Don. PA. Tue May 19 2026

Very well designed for the price and quality is also great we installed it and then we had eight days of raining nonstop and when we were able to inspect it we were very satisfied impressed with how well it turned out we had no issues whatsoever. Sergio. Thu Jan 08 2026

The shed is perfect for what I needed. Very cute! Getting the doors aligned was a little bit of a challenge. But it all worked out! Looks great!. Michelle. VA. Tue Jun 02 2026

I received 4 boxes, wow! Very heavy so be prepared to help your mail man get them off the truck. Delivery was super fast btw, thumbs up for Wayfair, as always they kept me in the loop, with email, texts! I did the inventory to assure all pieces are delivered. Each box has all the pieces that are needed to be in them and each pieces is meticulously labeled, thumbs up to this Company ! However it could be very intimidating, it's literally hundreds of pieces...I was able to follow along a manual to ensure all pieces are in each of the 4 boxes.. it was a daunting task but with patient and good organization it is do-able within 1 h. I found a pair of gloves in box 1 , which are so USEFUL! , since the raw corners and edges can really be painful on repeat handling without any hand protection. The "Resin" is a hollow tubed plastic board about 1/2 inch thick. Very impressed with the quality i must say. The color seems darker grey than on the photo in the sale post. I will need about a week Wayfair to start the built and i will come back and add to the review. But i must say so fare I am very impressed and give it 5 Stars. Also we are not afraid to built in the cold! So stay tuned for the finished shed! Update 12/7 we stated to built it and it's good so fare, but be aware HERE ARE NO PREDRILLED OR PRE MARKED HOLES! YOU HAVE TO MEASURE WHERE TO PUT THE SCREWS ETC. ITS NOT FOR BEGINNER BUILDERS AND IT IS ALL IN CM not INCHES.....We put 2 walls up and also the wall with the window in it, which was marked wrong on the Instructions, but as said for an advanced experienced builder it was clear to NOT go by the instructions....Anyway the quality is good , but it is a process to built due to above given reasons.. The new resin tool shed features a wider base to prevent tipping, is fully waterproof, and is made from durable resin material. It offers a spacious, multi-functional storage area with a load capacity of up to 200 lbs, making it perfect for withstanding windy and snowy weather conditions.

Five stars. This storage shed is exactly what I hoped for: sturdy, stylish, and a huge upgrade from cramming yard tools in my laundry room. The material is the real win here. I specifically did not want a metal shed, and this proves why. It looks great in my backyard, feels solid, and is easy to wipe down and keep clean. Bonus: my HOA only allows this type of material anyway, so it checked that box too. My only beef is the door “handles.” There are no real handles, so you have to put your fingers inside the cutout and pull, which is not the best user experience. A simple handle design would make this perfect. Assembly note: this is not a one-person job. It took me and my daughter about 3 hours. Use a power drill if you have one, it would definitely speed things up. Overall, I love it and would absolutely recommend it.. Kamilah. Chester, VA. Tue Dec 30 2025

A little flimsy when assembling but seem to sure up towards the end of the build. Directions were ok but still have room for improvement. I was able to build this shed by myself but would definitely be easier with 2 people. The hardest part in my opinion was assembling & installing the roof. So far I am happy with this product. Now hopefully a tree doesn’t fall on it! . Kyle. Dartmouth, MA. Fri Aug 15 2025

This is a great storage unit for our smaller yard and garden items. This storage shed is well constructed, easy to assemble, and comes with instructions. We plan on storing our flower planters, yard lights, garden tools, rakes, and other seasonal yard items in this. It will fit a lot, and it's just the answer for storing all those types of items that get lost in the garage during the year.. Laurie. ND. Fri May 22 2026

The material is made of Corrugated plastic. Once together it is a bit stronger. Because we live in an area prone to high winds i built a inside wooden frame to support it and placed it on a wooden platform to secure it. The instructions are all pictures with no written descriptions. So follow it closely. Place all the panels in groups for the different walls etc..It was suppose to come with a tube of caulking, it did not. I purchased a tube the same color for exterior use. It says it needs 2 people . I was able to do it myself with a ome extra work. Wade. Nova Scotia. Sun Jul 05 2026

The instructions, although detailed, are not good enough. There were many steps that were not clearly explained or the pictures were not clear. After putting screws in, a lot of them fell out during later steps. The skylight is extremely difficult to put in. There are some errors in the instructions like using long screws that would go through the roof if used. Not as strong structurally as it says. Would not have ordered this knowing what I know now..
