Took some patience to get the bags to stay put until I secured them in with the top. I used 33 gal stretchableexpandable bags with draw strings. I am using it for recycling bottles cans. When I tried to pull the bags out it was a bit snug and difficult. I plan on trying bags that don’t expand. Not sure if that will help, but I imagine it will do the trick. This double pull out has been great for us. We've had it for years now and no problems with it. Highly recommend. I did install this myself and it took a long time only because I didn't realize my cabinet door we chose to install this behind is warped on one side. I spent a lot of time trying to adjust it to perfection then finally realized it was not going to be perfect no matter what because of my door. It does allow for lots of adjusting though. The install would have been pretty quick if my door was fine or I knew it was imperfect when I started. I mention this in case it helps someone else installing this product.. Sb. Springfield, VA. Before this I never had a trash can outside on my deck so I would always have to bring the discarded food packaging or paper inside my house to dispose of.
