Nice quality and just what I was looking for at the end of our bed. The only reason I give it 4⭐️ as opposed to 5 is that what is described as light grey is actually more of a light beige. The 5 stars are for the excellent customer service that Wayfair provides. The storage bench is not as well made as I would expect it to be (perhaps 3.5 to 4 stars) since it does look nice just material used is cheap. The first one I received had a broken leg, the top thin plastic cover that protects the cushion was ripped which left a small stain and the hinge was broken on the left side. I attached a picture of the leg. Upon contacting Wayfair customer service they promptly took care of it. The replacement I received is in perfect shape. My recommendation to the manufacturer would be to put additional packaging around the legs to keep them from breaking and to use a stronger plastic wrap to protect the top cushion. What is currently used seems to be saran wrap.. Teresa. Belmont, MA. Sat Jul 02 2016
