For the price this is a perfectly fine little storage bench. It’s nothing spectacular but it only needs to hold some towels and bath supplies. That being said, I was frustrated it did not come with instructions in the box and I only realized when I went to leave a review that there were instructions through Wayfair’s website. It wasn’t hard to figure out how to put together though. Also it is way more orange than expected. It will still work though.. Rebecca. MO. Mon Jul 27 2026

The Painswick Storage Bench is the perfect perch for removing boots in an entryway or garden shoes in the mud room. Crafted of pine in a smooth finish, Painswick's three removable woven baskets provide no-fuss storage, and a white cotton cushion completes the look with comfort and farmhouse charm.

Turned out very nice! I love it! Going to put this in my foyer for people to put their shoes in. Took about 30-45 minutes to put together wasn’t bad at all. The only thing we had an issue with is with one of the screws on the basket. We had to leave that one out because it would not screw in for some reason and it doesn’t affect the usability of it because it’s the screw in the back. Overall very nice buy highly recommend!. It's nice. The quality seems good. Assembly was easy. We don't sit on it often so I can't speak for its strength but it looks like it would probably withstand heavy use. I use it in a bedroom. The storage bench is a sleek addition to retro space. The three rectangular patterns on the front panel are carved with smooth grooved lines, which echo the rectangular carved lines on the backrest, while the wavy lines on the armrests are exquisite and elegant, neutralizing the toughness of the carved straight lines. The multi-laye shape of the top panel not only serves as a handle to facilitate opening the cover, but also highlights the refinement of this storage bench.

Overall I’m happy with the purchase. It fit just right in a nook in my kitchen and functions well as a makeshift breakfast nook. It could’ve been better quality for the price but not terrible. It was packaged very well, so any quality points lost came from manufacturing. The cats approved, which is ultimately most important. I may paint it anyway to match my aesthetic but no urgency in that.. Marissa. Johnson City, TN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Transform your space with our Classic Rustic Storage Bench, blending farmhouse charm and functionality. Crafted from durable MDF and birch veneer, it features breathable rattan doors and a comfortable cushion. Perfect for entryways, this bench keeps your home organized while adding a touch of elegance. Enjoy the perfect combination of style and practicality, making it an essential addition to your decor.

Make sure you read the directions and steps. They don’t match which affects screw size. Rattan is nice but doesn’t exactly align in the doors. Not the best quality. A lot of little defects in the finish and the middle stylus is not even the same color as the rest of the finish. Need a refund.. Patricia. New Hope, PA. Sun Sep 20 2026
