Ok so first of all? This deck box is huge! You can fit two average sized people in it. It holds A TON of stuff. This deck box is absolutely massive and holds everything I needed it to- with room left over! I garden so I needed somewhere to store my extra soil, mulch, and even some extra pots. They were so cluttered in my house and patio so this was my solution. It worked great and there’s even room for more. The only thing I would maybe change would be sealing it a little better- I don’t need a full lock with a code needed or anything but sometimes a strong wind shifts the lid a bit so I’d like to be able to lock it in place. This 260 gallon water resistant resin lockable deck box is HUGE! In a good way! It would be an excellent option for storing patio cushions during rain and snow since it is water resistant. Although we considered that option, we are going to use it for product deliveries to our home to help packages from getting wet and destroyed and or stolen. We will have the lock open and ask the delivery driver to lock it when they leave. It is very durable and was easy to put together. The only problem that I feel could have some attention to are the directions. They are very confusing and not very user friendly. I probably could have put it together a lot quicker without looking at the directions. Besides that, the functionality and integrity of the deck box is truly a five-star. I’m having trouble writing this review. I thought for sure I had submitted it twice. Here goes and hopefully number three is a charm. I love the deck box. It’s sleek contemporary sturdy. I appreciate the hydraulic lift, but I have found it important to close it applying the pressure directly in the middle. I have not tested the lock, but I’m grateful for that, as I will be storing some valuable items in it while outside. I lost my large shed last month, so this is a lifesaver for me! It seats 2 to 3 people comfortably. With a sleek design, it would nicely fit behind a sofa, under a stairway or even delineate an area. I plan to place it out on my large patio to store cushions a small tool kit and anything else that needs to get put away to avoid clutter. I am planning on using it to store my gazebo canopy this coming winter. All in all, it’s a great deck box and the price can’t be beat. I'm proud to say I was able to build this one on my own - it's very simple. All of the edges just click into place, and then the hinges need a Philips screwdriver and that's about it. What doesn't work is the sizing. Even here it says 22" x 17" - that makes no sense. It was sold as a 125 gal deck box but turned out to be a 45 gal box, so it's not really large enough to keep even just 4 bottoms and 4 tops to an outdoor furniture collection. This is the perfect size to hold all of our seasonal items. I don’t have a garage so it’s ideal to have a place for beach gear once it’s come out of the attic. While it doesn’t look as nice in person as it does in the pictures, this 60 gallon deck box does its job. It’s comfortable enough to sit on, but adding a nice cushion would improve both comfort and appearance. We’ve had several big rains recently and the interior storage portion has remained dry.
