Linkable Plastic Rain Barrels

The Heritage 50 Gallon Rain Barrel represents a new evolution in decorative rainwater collection, bringing the character and detail of traditional barrel craftsmanship into a durable modern design. Its story began with an original wooden barrel handcrafted by a skilled cooper, with individual staves, natural grain, knots, cracks, hoops and rivet details carefully selected and shaped for an authentic appearance. Precision tooling then captured those distinctive surface details, allowing the finished resin barrel to preserve the character and imperfections of the handcrafted original. Designed to be as functional as it is distinctive, the Heritage stores up to 50 gallons of rainwater for gardens, planters and outdoor watering. The integrated planter top features a deep planting area for flowers and greenery, while a separate rear collection zone and molded water-routing path help direct incoming rainwater away from the planted section. A corrosion-proof screen guard helps block leaves and debris from entering stored water. A brass spigot provides convenient water access, a separate lower nozzle with shut-off valve supports drainage and hose use, and overflow outlets allow multiple barrels to be linked for additional storage. Constructed from durable, BPA-free LDPE resin, the Heritage is engineered for outdoor use and backed by a 2-year warranty.

The 50 Gallon Terra Cotta Rainbarrel is a slightly smaller version of our 55-gallon Terra Cotta Barrels. Heavy-Duty Screening keeps mosquitoes out. Our rain barrels are uniquely designed with plastic fittings that match the rate of expansion and contraction of barrel plastic from season to season to avoid leakage. These rain barrels are repurposed from pre-used imported food barrels. There may be slight scratching or scuffs due to previous overseas transportation. Since our rain barrels are made of High-Density Polyethylene Plastic they can be left outdoors even in the winter months so there is no need to modify your downspouts in the Spring and Fall. The exact shape of the barrels may vary due to availability but the color and size remain true. Because these barrels were originally used to transport food, there may be residual food product odor. The residual odor will dissipate after a few full barrel filling cycles. We use a PH-balanced, environmentally friendly soap when cleaning so that the water gathered can immediately be used on plants without harm. These barrels keep difficult to break down plastics from adding bulk to landfills and also contain and repurpose stormwater.

We have been so pleased with this barrel. It looks sharp, and has functioned well for a few months thus far. We’ve had some torrential rains and it has not leaked. It has survived extraordinarily hot weather and expansion due to the heat, but still looks, and functions great! My only wish is that it had a flat back so it could be flush with the wall.. Natalie. Seems to be made of good quality except the screen on top. In less than a week outside it looks like the screws have already begun eroding. It is also concerning that it doesn’t sit flush with the top allowing bugs to get inside. Definitely not interested in a mosquito breeding ground. Other than that the esthetics of it are spot on and the spigots on the side feel nice and heavy duty.. Ashley. Texas. Thu Apr 16 2026

Not all rain barrels are created equal. The Ivy Rain Barrel provides a new era of design innovation for an economical price. All components are included to start collecting and using your rainwater.

I selected rain barrels carefully, and purchased the Ivy barrels . They are very efficient, made of good quality materials and are streamlined to fit elegantly into my simple landscaping plan . I bought two, that were set up next to each other for an effective overflow with storage aspect . The attached hoses also support irrigation. They may be a little bit more expensive than other rain barrels on the wayfair market , but still reasonably priced, and I prefer the quality and durability of these barrels.. Iris. Wimberley, TX. I have three of these now and they work great for harvesting rain water. They can be daisy chained together. You can add a longer hose to the ball valve if of you need to. I did swap out the ball valves for brass ones.. Nancy. Crystal Lake, IL. Wed Jun 10 2026

Only thing that would make these better would be a lighter color. The opening at the top allows for more open air catchment since i dont want to catch from our older roof tops. Both are set up on bases to help support them. Took a bit for enough rain to collect to make the barrels heavy enough to withstand our high windows. Arrived surpringly quick. Relatively easy to set up.. Cindy. Thu Apr 04 2024

With the appearance of a traditional wooden barrel, the slim-line design of the FCMP Outdoor wood grain rain barrel makes it perfect for locations where a larger barrel would be intrusive. The shallower depth and flat back allow for easy installation and placement of the downspout while the safety rib in the top of the barrel keeps it child and pet safe. Spigots on the side of the barrel allow you to connect multiple rain catcher barrels in series for easy expansion of your rainwater storage capacity. The corrosion-proof debris screen keeps out debris to keep the water clear. Place them around your home to catch fresh chlorine-free water as it pours from your downspouts - water that would otherwise make its way into storm sewers only to be wasted. Rain barrels not only save you money but lessen the strain on water resources. This barrel is not suitable for freezing temperatures. It must be drained and flipped to avoid ice damage or it will void the warranty. Includes debris screen, garden hose, shut-off thumb valve, hanging hose clip, overflow hose, and linking kit. This FCMP Outdoor wood grain rain barrel is perfect for all your rain collection needs.

They arrived within 2 days! I was very happy about that. They look sturdy and seem like they'll work really well. I haven't set them up nor do we have rain coming soon so I won't know their true effectiveness until that happens. They look exactly like the photo. Glad to have 4 45-gallon rain catchers!. Allyson. I love this rain barrel! Of course, as soon as we installed it, it didn’t rain for almost a month! But when it finally did rain, it filled up fast! I just ordered my second one! It was very easy to install. The only negative things I can say is 1) The top planter was misshaped, but once I put dirt and flowers in it, it fixed itself. There was not a problem flipping it and putting the top on without the planter side up. 2) It seems like when the barrel is filled to the top, the plants sit in muddy water. But that’s really not a big deal. You just have to empty some water out.. Rebecca. New Palestine, IN. Thu Jul 21 2022
