I have been a dedicated steamer user for years, owning several of another brand. When my last one stopped working, I was not impressed with what was available and looked for alternatives. I found Salav and after researching and finding positive reviews on multiple sites, decided to give this brand a try. I LOVE IT! For whatever reason, I find this steamer feels lighter and is much easier to maneuver. Can't say whether it is the design, the pad or what -- but it is much easier to use. It was easy to assemble directly from the box. I have a 'HUGE" amount of hardwood floor to clean and this does the job with only two fills. The only downside for me is I wish the cord were longer. I have recommended this brand and model to others when they need to replace.. Ravenfan. Maryland. Fri Dec 29 2023

The mop is really neat, however I had a very hard time using it, and I wasn’t sure if I could get the pad dryer or not, and it’s really not dry, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. I don’t know if I put too much water in it, if I didn’t put too much water, I couldn’t understand the instructions. Most people, most likely could. That’s the only reason I give it a four. Anonymous.
