Burnt Orange Stacking Woven Baskets

Coiling natural fibers, Omaira Manrique crafts a petite covered basket in the style of Guacamayas. Two shades of blue evoke the lakes in this part of Colombia. They find a rich contrast in brilliant orange.

Inspired by handcrafted leather goods, the basket is made of woven top-grain marble leather.

These leather baskets were very expensive but I have to say they are spectacular and fit on top of my etegere’s beautifully for more texture and a pop of color. The leather is amazing as is the orange. The sizes even the small are substantial and I am 100% pleased!. Anonymous. Wed Mar 06 2024
