Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. So my husband and I still have a lot of work to put on it and it's been 3 years. I just don't think that I'm going to put the stuff on there like I'm supposed to.. Sarah. US. Fri Oct 17 2025

Very Disappointed With This Purchase This shed has had multiple issues throughout the assembly process, including numerous pre-drilled holes that are not in the correct locations or do not properly align. We brought these concerns to Wayfair Support and have provided multiple photos clearly showing the incorrect and misaligned holes. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the possibility of defective or incorrectly manufactured parts, we have essentially been told that we are assembling the shed incorrectly. We have followed the instructions, tried the troubleshooting steps provided, and sent photos demonstrating the issue, yet we continue to go back and forth without a resolution. This has now been going on for more than three days, and the process has been extremely frustrating and unproductive. We spent a significant amount of money on this shed and expected a much better experience. I am not someone who typically complains or leaves negative reviews, but I feel this experience needs to be shared. Based on our experience, I would not recommend purchasing this shed. The product has had multiple issues, and the customer support experience has made an already frustrating situation even worse. At this point, we are seriously considering looking elsewhere for future purchases rather than continuing to deal with a support process that has not provided a meaningful resolution. For any future buyers, please look at a different shed or elsewhere.. Alicia. Bemidji, MN. Thu Sep 24 2026

I received 4 boxes, wow! Very heavy so be prepared to help your mail man get them off the truck. Delivery was super fast btw, thumbs up for Wayfair, as always they kept me in the loop, with email, texts! I did the inventory to assure all pieces are delivered. Each box has all the pieces that are needed to be in them and each pieces is meticulously labeled, thumbs up to this Company ! However it could be very intimidating, it's literally hundreds of pieces...I was able to follow along a manual to ensure all pieces are in each of the 4 boxes.. it was a daunting task but with patient and good organization it is do-able within 1 h. I found a pair of gloves in box 1 , which are so USEFUL! , since the raw corners and edges can really be painful on repeat handling without any hand protection. The "Resin" is a hollow tubed plastic board about 1/2 inch thick. Very impressed with the quality i must say. The color seems darker grey than on the photo in the sale post. I will need about a week Wayfair to start the built and i will come back and add to the review. But i must say so fare I am very impressed and give it 5 Stars. Also we are not afraid to built in the cold! So stay tuned for the finished shed! Update 12/7 we stated to built it and it's good so fare, but be aware HERE ARE NO PREDRILLED OR PRE MARKED HOLES! YOU HAVE TO MEASURE WHERE TO PUT THE SCREWS ETC. ITS NOT FOR BEGINNER BUILDERS AND IT IS ALL IN CM not INCHES.....We put 2 walls up and also the wall with the window in it, which was marked wrong on the Instructions, but as said for an advanced experienced builder it was clear to NOT go by the instructions....Anyway the quality is good , but it is a process to built due to above given reasons.. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. All in all I would recommend this shed but be ready for the b.s. of delivery!!. Annette. MI. Wed Mar 02 2022

This shed has been a nightmare. So many pieces were dented, they sent replacement parts. Purchased the shed last year and it was a great size for storing bikes and yard tools in our small backyard.
