Our storage provides a seat for two adults. Remove the cushion and lift the panel, you can see a hidden storage space that is extremely private. It's a good place for putting purses, keys, and other on-the-go small items that are neatly contained. Three doors form two different-sized storage spaces. The large one has an adjustable shelf inside that can be adjusted to three heights as well or users can remove it if needed. The small one is ideal for keeping backpacks, and books.

I have a small (think skinny fat) living space that holds a fair amount of furniture, but the footrest of my husband's recliner is wide and created issues with my coffee table in front of my couch (where I normally sit). I could not find a coffee table that fit my criteria, so started looking at benches. This bench, although not deep (16"), was perfect. It is less deep than the one I'm replacing, and a few inches longer; plus it also has the bottom shelf for extra storage. So far so good! The bench was delivered quickly and did not require assembly. I was surprised by the weight of the bench. It’s pretty light, yet it’s supposed to hold up to 500 pounds. I hope it holds at least half that. It’s being used by the door to put on shoes. The baskets don’t feel real sturdy, but all in all, this bench looks great and it was the perfect size for my area.
