I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I agreed to accept a white one because that’s what was available and I could have just painted it. It arrived today in the original back color. So, I’m changing my review to 5 stars!!!. Jennifer. This laundry basket is made of natural bamboo, which is environmentally friendly and durable. This product adopts a three-tier design, allowing you to sort and organize your clothes. The upper two shelves can hold folded clean clothes, towels, or toiletries, and the lower basket can be used to collect dirty clothes, keeping the space clean and orderly. With it, you can separate dark and light-colored clothing, underwear, and outerwear, as well as adult and child clothing, for better hygiene.

Instructions not particularly good. Blurry black and white and inconsistent use of terms between the legend and actual instructions sheet. The picture on the product page shows the hamper compartment that leans out as flush, but following the instructions, as best as I could interpret them, just left the compartment laying on bottom of the frame. I think that maybe there were two holes missing on that hamper compartment piece where the holder pins are supposed to be pressed into to line up with the counterpart holes on the frame. At least it seemed to be that's how this would need to be designed in order to match the photos from the product page. I did end up drilling those two holes to achieve the functionality depicted. But other than those quirks, it seems to be a fairly solid piece for the price point when put all together.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 02 2025
