This is a must have regardless the type of tank you have. As in the default photo these a flat toilet and its mounted to the wall.. which worried me because i have tiles behind my toilet. I placed it on the top of mine (in worries it might tip over , slide and fall) but in general we need to be practical and not over fill the caddy it heavy items if its not mounted. MINE IS NOT Mounted and sits on top of my toilet. The flush lever isnt at the side but on the top to push downward to flush. I havent had any issues. I can lift it up to get to my tank.
