Note that there is only 1 top “cap” piece so splitting these units up into more than 1 stack will leave the other stacks without a top - not an issue with all 4 stacked like I have but just FYI. The rose gold handle situation is a little off putting for a guy’s space but hey, it’s a laundry room so who cares! I have a stack of six of these in my kitchen and they are as stable and sturdy as the Rock of Gibraltar! I used the basket on some of them and left it off others where I needed the extra height. It's a really great storage option for a small apartment kitchen that's lacking in pantry space. It hardly takes up any floor area and, since it's not a solid cabinet, I didn't have to worry about blocking access to my light switch. So happy to have found these, and at a great price too..
