Great small shop bench. Easy to assemble. Solid, although I put plywood across the back for extra stability. Vices are so so. Need to use spacer on opening side when only clamping on a single side. I finally received my workbench, after a year of searching I found the one that fit all my needs. When I came across this workbench. I doubled checked my measurements, (even when it factory was wrong with the measurements and it was 72” wide instead of 68”) and I saw in the specifications that ASSEMBLY was REQUIRED I was pleased because the only way I could get it into my basement was that I had to assemble it myself. So when the workbench was delivered. To my surprise and I was feeling completely duped, the body of the workbench including the drawers came already ASSEMBLED. The apron, legs, single shelf, the top, and the hardware were separate. I was in a panic that I wouldn’t be able to get it in my basement. After calling Wayfair. They told me that the drawers could be removed which 4 of them were easy pull out drawers but the other 5 I had to remove the screws from the sides to remove them. With the drawers out it still was not an easy task getting it through the doorways; to the back of my house. To have friends carry it down my areaway into the basement. I love this 96” Rolling Tool Box. Holds a lot of tools with plenty of room to expand my tool inventory. Its stainless steel and description on the Wayfair website is on point accurate. Had an issue on initial box that was delivered. It was damaged from MFg to Wayfair. But Wayfair customer service support was very helpful and fast response to get my replacement box reordered and I feel their customer service team is the best in the business. They took care of me and I will never shop for Home Goods and appliances anywhere else. I will always check at Wayfair firsthand. The Wayfair delivery Team is very careful of handling the initial box delivered and the same delivery team of Anthony and Miguel were also the same team that delivered the second box and I saw the delivery process from unloading of my box from truck to my house and they were very careful. So I know the damage must’ve happened from the mfg delivery to Wayfair: because the Wayfair delivery team of Anthony and Miguel are pros and both are careful of their handling of my product. Really nice table. A lot more sturdy than I expected. Very good value. Just a couple of little details that would have moved it from 4 to 5 stars. The screws to adjust the side panels need washers to allow them to work well; the two screws that adjust tilt should have large fender washers to improve operation. Also the screws that stop the table from being wobbly (brace the uprights), the heads got damaged (not unusable) the first time I folded it up. I had a couple of 8mm screws and swapped them. The final thing, the bottom bar that lock the feet together pops out on the one I bought, I just used some rivets to hold it in (quick fix).. Simon. NS. Fri Mar 07 2025
