I love this fabric. It has a great feel and heft to it, great texture and just the color I needed to match other reds in my living room. I searched for many months to find a fabric that would have all of those qualities and was thrilled when I found this. Unfortunately, it was out of stock at that point so I had to wait several more months till I could order it. And at that point it had gone up in price by a couple of dollars per yard. This material was great to recover my dining room chairs. Fabric was easy to work with and 2 yards covered my six (6) chairs (21” x 17 “) easily. FYI, when you order (1) it means 1 yard- the description does not really say that - I ordered 2 (just a guess as I asked the question and was not given an answer on this forum - was told company could not assist with my question - weird.) I love the fabric but it was much darker gold and what looks like a deep red color is actually a deep rust. It still works for my color palette but it would have been nice to have been able to order a swatch with this one, however none of the previous available swatches I ordered twice (due to not arriving the first time) have never arrived anyway..
