We enjoyed the final result but the shed was challenging to put together. Sometimes these instructions nowadays are difficult to read. A big problem was that there were very few pilot holes drilled and the "wood" didn't like to accept the screws that were rather large. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. I ordered the shed in grey…it arrived on time and my handyman and I put it together in about 4 hours. It was a bit overwhelming but I am happy with the result. The floor was not very sturdy but my handyman solved that by putting treated wood below it and now it is very sturdy. In addition we used the hardware included and drilled it into the concrete slab we made for it to stand on. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. Unfortunately my purchase with Wayfair didn’t go so well. I went onto your website and found a RESIN storage shed that I’ve been wanting. So I purchased the shed and waited 10 days and it arrived at my house. I opened the package and started to get the parts ready for the installation. That’s where I realized the issue ….. Wayfair sent me a METAL shed and not a RESIN shed. Now I had to repackage this 150 pound pile of tin back into the cardboard box..not an easy task trying to put 100 pieces back so they all fit inside this box. I did my best and somehow got everything repackaged then had it returned.. Now it’s been 4 days and I’m still waiting to hear that the replacement has been shipped.. I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT.
