This gun safe is perfect! It’s not heavy but it’s still sturdy and good quality. I love that it has pistol pockets. That is a very handy feature! There are adjustable shelves and a motion sensor light that comes on when you open the safe. To open it, you can either use the key or program your code and use the keypad. Although it doesn’t appear very big, it holds more than you think it will. The description says it holds 12-15 guns but we were able to fit more than that. Although it was packaged well, it somehow came with a small dent in the side (see picture). Not oversized and comes completely assembled. The inside is done very nicely with an eye towards maximizing the space for rifles, pistols, magazines and ammo. Both keys and code unlock it with ease. The safe arrived damaged from the carrier. I was assured by Sanctuary that the safe left their warehouse in perfect condition so they could do nothing to help me. The safe is well built and locking mechanism works well. Since the damage did not affect the function of the safe (cosmetic) and was not visible where I placed it I decided to keep it as Wayfair offered me a discount. I like this little gun safe, but it’s definitely smaller and more lightweight than I expected. If your guns have scopes, fitting more than one can be a little tricky because there just isn’t much room inside. I would not count on comfortably fitting 1-2 scoped guns in it.( non Scoped should be fine). The keypad is convenient , and the safe has a little light that comes on when opened.
