I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I like having the extra space or commonly used items and having the two bags. It is not as sturdy as I thought it would be and the wheel locks do not work. But, it does sever its purpose. Oh yeah, some of the parts came out of the plastic bags so it was really important to keep these operated. A lot to the bars look alike and no all are labeled. The instructions could be clearer..
