Pretty happy with this one. It’s held up well and fits more laundry than I expected, so no complaints there. Only thing is mine came with a few foldscreases in the fabric that haven’t fully gone away — not a big deal to me, but if you’re picky about it looking perfectly smooth out of the box, just a heads up. It's huge, a bit bigger than I thought. Great for a family, but if you're tight on space, then might not be the best option. It holds so much more than my other 'basket'. My previous one (pictured) held enough for the two of us for a week (more than enough), but I wanted something that was easy to roll from the bedroom closet to the laundry room so I didn't have to walk back and forth with each load. I added photos for comparison using my original basket and also a 5 gallon bucket for reference, along with one in the doorway. Easy to put together, seems sturdy and wheels easily. I'm just under 5' tall and I can just reach to the bottom of this new one. I do wish that the material was more canvas like. It is a bit plastic-y so I hope it holds up. I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I like having the extra space or commonly used items and having the two bags. It is not as sturdy as I thought it would be and the wheel locks do not work. But, it does sever its purpose.
