I am a bit disappointed, I just unboxed this and started assembling it. I got to the step to put the laundry bags on the “drawer” slide and the last one was broken. One of the rails was broken and the bad cannot Velcro around it. Otherwise , I really like this . I’m hoping the company can send me a replacement B piece so I don’t have to return the whole thing. UPDATE!! Customer service was amazing and I received a message from the vendor saying they could replace the broken piece. I agreed to accept a white one because that’s what was available and I could have just painted it. It arrived today in the original back color. So, I’m changing my review to 5 stars!!!. Jennifer.
