The baskets are very nice looking. The baskets are 4-5 star rating Just wrong as explained below..The way they appeared , you couldn’t tell they have long handles. I didn’t want handles at all. They do not fit the shelves I bought them for. I wanted to return them but Wayfare wanted to charge me 42.00 dollars return fee .. or they said keep the baskets and we will refund you 20 .. (28.00) that is ridiculous.. I want to RETURN the baskets and get a full refund so I can pick out some other baskets thst will work for me. This policy is BS… BBrown. Bonnie. Portland, OR. I love these baskets. I put them in my girls rooms and its definitely helping them put laundry where laundry goes! I'm not sure why that was such a hard concept before, but now it seems to work. The baskets are great quality for the price. I just wish the lining was removable so I could take the bag to the wash vs having to take out everything from the basket and put into another basket to bring to laundry room.. Brittney.
