The Suncast 8x10 Shed is a nice addition to our property for our storage needs. I will admit the process of putting together the shed was not as easy as other reviews had suggested (however that is probably user error). Having a level base is extremely important as any uneven surface will cause the roofing and doors to not align as needed and will create some issues while putting it together. This shed is nice! It’s not what I expected but so far it’s been good. It is very windy where we live and so far the shed has been super sturdy. It is resin and has channels. Not sure how the floor will hold up, but the walls once assembled seem great. Assembly is a lot of prep and it takes 2-3 people. Comes in pretty heavy boxes so be prepared. The doors are pre-assembled and pre-hung and comes with complete system. The shed doors come with a durable, rust-resistant swivel hasp and galvanized steel hinges. Hinges are continuous from top to bottom to prevent sagging. Smartside siding is treated to prevent fungal decay and insect infestation.

The exterior walls are so thin that I would never recommend stapling a vapor barrier on the interior because the Staples come through on the outside even if they are very short. The frame beams are twisted and crooked, overall it is a poor quality kit. The instructions are easy, however the quality of the wood is very poor. I thought I was getting a good deal but I was not.. We’ve been looking for a shed like this for a while! We know the Keter brand and continue to be impressed with their products. This shed comes in 3 large, flat, heavy boxes. My husband and I have been working on it intermittently, and the instructions are clear enough that we can pick up where the other leaves off. A drill helps, as will a tall stepladder. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day. The roofing panels snapping together have no J channel to catch rain water and to diverse rain water down to the lower end of the roof, resulting a leaky roof. The floor is a thin piece of rubber floor so basically rain water would flow from the concrete foundation right onto to the thin floor. Wayfair please remove this product and dont sell it your customer. I can buy a metal shed for half of the price of this shed and has a better design.
