Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, elegant aesthetics, and great value for the price. Many note that it is the perfect size for smaller spaces like bedrooms, hallways, and dining nooks. However, customers have mixed opinions about assembly, as attaching all the individual crystals is very tedious and time-consuming, and some found the instructions lacking.
