Stitch a stunning floral composition with this Merejka counted cross-stitch kit Coastal Gardens overlooks a sun-drenched Mediterranean village of terracotta rooftops and a bell tower, with boats resting at the water's edge and stone steps lined with flowering shrubs and potted blooms leading down to the shore. Worked on Zweigart 16-count ecru Aida fabric using premium DMC threads in 43 carefully matched shades, this botanical design is rich in color, texture, and graceful detail.
Why this kit: 43 DMC shades separate the terracotta roofs, sea-blue water, and flowering greenery for real depth; two backstitch chart options let you sharpen the architecture, boats, and blossoms or keep a softer, painterly finish; the layered composition of village, water, and garden gives it broad appeal beyond floral-only designs.
Kit includes: Zweigart canvas, DMC threads, John James needles, and a colour chart.
Please note: The pattern is provided in digital format only. No printed paper pattern is included
Counted cross-stitch is worked by following the colour chart and placing each stitch on the gridded Aida fabric with the indicated DMC thread shade. Because both a with-backstitch and a without-backstitch version of the chart are included, the rooflines, boats, and flowering shrubs can be given crisp outlines or a softer, blended finish. Work section by section until the design is complete, then frame as a striking piece of wall art.
Finished size: 31x40 cm (12.2x15.75 in), creating a generous artwork that looks stunning when framed. An elegant project for home display and a thoughtful handmade gift for flower lovers and needlework enthusiasts.
