Customers generally find the product to be aesthetically pleasing and of good quality, with many appreciating its appearance and sturdiness. However, assembly is frequently cited as a difficult and time-consuming process, with issues such as missing parts, unclear instructions, and the need for additional tools. While the value for money is often praised, some customers express disappointment with the plastic legs and the actual shoe capacity not matching the advertised amount.
