Customers find these stools to be comfortable and well-made, with many praising their attractive appearance and sturdy construction. The assembly process is generally reported as easy. However, some customers have noted that the colors may appear darker than depicted in online images, and there are mixed opinions regarding seat depth and footrest height for shorter individuals. A few reviews mention issues with the durability of the cushioning over time and occasional minor cosmetic flaws.
