I love these shelves! I bought 2. I think they are high quality. I recommend that you measure out how far these shelves come out with a measuring tape before buying, just so you're not disappointed with how shallow they are. And just know that each shelf will have its own unique shape, so don't expect them to be identical. And it isn't 9.8" deep all the way across the shelf. Its live edged so the depth will vary but the furthest extent will be 9.8". I had mine professionally installed by a handy man. I'm using them for nightstands in my guest room, so they work for me, because guests shouldn't need that much space to store things. As long as they can fit their phone, a water bottle and a wallet and keys on there, they should be fine.

These shelves are perfect for my office.

I was very very excited about these shelves… I ordered 2 in January and finally received them in June… and was so disappointed. They seem like they are unfinished. The photo doesn’t do justice, but it looks like they were sanded but there’s no varnish or any kind of coating on them so they just look dull and scraped up. I’ll need to do a coat of polyurethane to make them look halfway presentable… annoying after waiting 6 months for them
