Good for the price. Three issues: minor rust on some of the welds, instructions said to use 1/4" drill bit, but that was too big for the included lag bolts, and the biggest issue is that the mount is either level when retracted against the wall OR level when pivoted out 90 degrees. It was very easy to put together with more than enough parts and options for different set ups and tvs. One other thing it doesn’t tell you is if your tv doesn’t match (which mine did) you may have to purchase an attachment.
