Customers appreciate the product's convenient size, making it suitable for various spaces, and its practical usefulness, especially for recycling and keeping pets out. Reviewers also find the product functional, with a step-on lid that works well for easy access. The product is considered a good value for its price, with many satisfied with its appearance. However, some customers noted that the plastic material is lightweight and can be thin, and there were occasional issues with the lid not closing tightly or the step mechanism detaching.
