Nice size - not too big. Hold all my papers. Light enough to be carried so bolting it down would be required if you have real valuables in it (which makes it no longer waterproof per the instructions) - separately bolts must be purchased. Pros: Nice size and easy to use Cons: Bolting it down renders it no longer waterproof
