Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its appearance and stylish design. However, opinions are mixed regarding comfort, with some finding the chairs comfortable and others noting they are small and not ideal for extended seating. Assembly is frequently cited as difficult, with issues such as short screws, misaligned holes, and poor instructions. The size of the chairs is a common concern, with many reviewers finding them smaller than expected and more suitable for children or decorative purposes. Quality is also a point of contention, with reports of flimsy construction, legs not staying attached, and materials that do not hold up over time.
