Customers appreciate the attractive appearance, easy assembly, and overall quality of this entryway piece. Many find it stylish, functional, and well-suited for smaller spaces. However, opinions on capacity and size are mixed, with several reviewers noting that it is smaller than expected and struggles to fit larger adult shoes or bulky footwear. Additionally, some customers express disappointment that the drawers are made of fabric rather than solid wood.
