Customers appreciate the product's appearance, finding it cute and fitting well in bathrooms. However, there are significant concerns regarding assembly and quality. Many reviews mention a large number of pieces, unclear or incorrect labeling, and missing components, leading to difficulties during assembly. The quality of materials is also criticized, with reports of defective, cracked, or poorly finished parts. Additionally, the drawers are frequently described as tight and difficult to open and close.
