Customers find the product visually appealing, well-made, and a great value for the price. They praise its attractive design, sturdy wood construction, and straightforward assembly process. Many also note that it is comfortable and fits well in smaller outdoor spaces. However, opinions on comfort are mixed, with several reviewers noting that the included cushions are quite thin and would benefit from being upgraded.
