Customers appreciate the product's attractive appearance and ease of assembly. The size is frequently mentioned as a positive, fitting well in various spaces and accommodating a good number of everyday shoes. However, there are significant concerns regarding durability, with multiple reviews indicating that parts break after a short period of use, particularly the plastic components. While some customers find the product sturdy, others note it is not as robust as expected and may require wall anchoring for stability.
