Jarratt 5 Drawer Storage Drawer

This product is horrible, very cheap materials, screws won't go in all the way, the drawer guides catch on all 5 drawers. You can't tighten the screws enough, they'll strip the hole out.

Looks good, easy to put together. Directions have inset for the order of actions for inserting cams and cam bolts together - very useful. Instruction 6 was not lear on which set of holes to use for the cabinet side slides (the big holes seem to be the right answer). the drawer slides have only one working choice due to slide placement (no issues). Step 13 inserts part Y which tries to escape as you screw it in - not really sure why this part is needed. Interior drawer size 16 1/4 W x 13 3/8 D x 3 H top of sides / 3 7/16 to top of front (item will not touch drawer / top above).

Order was delivered on time, no damage, well packaged, would have given 5 stars, I’m a pretty handy guy but due to lack of good directions to install the drawer glides needs more clarity on which holes the screws need to go in. Completed assembly and the drawers would only go in halfway, the rollers were hitting the middle screw, so I removed all the slides and moved them so the screws could go into the larger to countersink and clear the rollers, they work ok now but still tight maybe the drawers are just a little too wide? All that said it took 2 hours to assemble lots of small parts

These were the worst instructions in the world. They should have been labeled top and bottom. I'm a bit of a perfectionist and have put a lot of things together. But this one takes the cake. I feel like I had to put together and take a part several times because panels were backwards and the rails for the drawers were upside down. Had the instructions been more clear, it probably would've gotten five stars but I am beyond irritated at this point. I would not recommend purchasing for that alone.

The package was terrible. The parts labelling was either faded or inexistent. The installation instruction was more a guessing game rather than clear.

Love this storage drawer unit, and I have received many compliments only problem is finger prints just don’t go away, will try different products see if I can solve the problem. Easy to assemble. Would give 5 stars if not for the finger prints.
