Customers report mixed experiences with assembly, with some finding it easy and others encountering difficulties with vague instructions and ill-fitting parts. However, many praise the product's sturdiness and its ability to hold a significant amount of clothing. The folding mechanism for storage is also a well-received feature, and the product's size is noted as being generous. Some users have experienced issues with the capacity, with the rack collapsing under the weight of clothes.
