Customers find the product useful for saving space and appreciate its collapsible design for easy storage. Many consider it a good value for the price, especially for smaller living areas or specific needs like dorm rooms. However, a significant number of reviews mention that the size is smaller than expected, with some finding it too small to hold a full load of laundry. There are also concerns about durability, with some users reporting that the product collapses too easily or cracks over time.
