The sent item was not what was ordered. It was almost twice as tall as pictured. Had to cut off one side to allow the shelf to sit on the base. Also had anchors built into it so had to drill new holes instead of just screwing in what was needed and ordered. Made it work but unnecessary effort. Luckily had the right cutting tool and drill to do it. Would have sent it back but already cleared and removed the shelf and it was for closet at sons house 30 minutes away. Mistake was not looking at the item before I started working.

Hate it. It didn’t work for me. Was very disappointed.

Product that I received did not remotely look like this picture. I received a RubberMaid brand product. Not once but twice. If they are intent to send a replacement, please note it on the description. Nor has Wayfair answered their phones to take my critique of this product. I still paid for shipping to return a product that was obviously not pictured above. Totally dissatisfied with the product and Wayfair's treatment of the process and customer

Awesome product, leveled and marked all of my holes and popped everything right in. The longest part of the whole installation was cutting the shelves. As for the other reviewer who was complaining about the screws, LOL, reading instructions is a skill, they aren’t screws they are drive pins.

The depth of the bracket is greater than the depth of the front lip of the 16" shelf by this same manufacturer. The thinner shelf wire sits on the edge of the bracket whereas the thicker wire should set firmly on the bottom of the bracket. Notice the bracket picture shown for the fast track version, it appears that the thick slide rail rests firmly on the inside bottom of the bracket. I have the standard shelf (and standard bracket), and only a single thin shelf wire is supporting the shelf on the upper inside edge of the bracket. Perhaps the shelf lip width was shortened without doing the same for the bracket? Notching the bracket could make it work, but why is it designed so poorly to begin with? BTW, package directions are also poor. They do not specify the relationship between the shelf height and the height of the holes for the rear or side brackets. They don't even mention the distance between the two anchors on the end bracket. Because the brackets are integral with the wall board anchors, the bracket cannot be pre-positioned to mark where the holes belong.

Slotted screws in the end brackets are junk. Brand new screwdriver couldn't put one in without camming out. Get a different supplier and switch to Phillips.

The screws supplied with these brackets are absolutely unacceptable. You couldn't do this bad of a job without trying. Flat head screws are terrible at the best of times, but the slots in these are so low profile that you can't turn them. If you buy any of this stuff, understand that you will need a hacksaw and cut your own slots in the screws, in order for them to work like screws.
