Customers highly praise the product's appearance, quality, color, and texture, frequently describing it as gorgeous, beautiful, and high-end. While many find the textured fabric soft and perfect, some reviewers note that the material can be rough and stiff, making it more suitable for decorative purposes than for comfort.
