Petersberg Castle offers a scenic subject with strong atmosphere, giving stitchers landscape, architecture, or place-inspired detail to build gradually with thread or yarn. This canvas-only half-stitch needlepoint project is best for stitchers who want to choose their own DMC, Ariadna, or Anchor thread palette while working from a pre-printed Gobelin tapestry canvas. Why this canvas: the printed design gives stitchers a clear visual guide; the canvas-only format lets crafters choose their preferred thread palette; the finished project works well as decorative handmade wall art. Product details: The motif comes pre-printed on Zweigart canvas, 10-count finished size 40 x 50 cm (15.75 x 19.69 in) in 26 shades, ready for half-stitch needlepoint Half-stitch needlepoint is worked directly on the printed canvas, following the color areas and building the design with diagonal stitches until the full motif is covered.
