Customers praise the product for its beautiful appearance, high quality, and nice faux leather material. Reviewers note it looks expensive, feels soft, and works well for recovery projects. However, customers have mixed opinions about the color, with some receiving shades that did not match online pictures or getting stained items during shipping.
