Made of 100% solid wood, you are sure to be impressed by the durable beauty of nature. The birch butcher block kitchen countertop is as appealing as it is practical. With a light auburn stain and consistent grain, this hardwood is a perfect addition to add the warmth of wood to your home. The butcher block comes pre-stained but is left unfinished to allow your choice of sealant, which is necessary to preserve its beauty for years to come. Birch is also known for its ease of finishing, making it perfect for a DIY project. The allure of a pure wood product is that no two pieces are identical. Wood will also change gradually with time, responding to its environment and aging beautifully. Please understand that differences in grain, coloring, or mineral streaking are naturally occurring for this product and will not be considered defects or reasons for replacement.
